I have to agree with you on the showers. I purposely excluded them from my answer as they are hard limits, and thus things that I would never expect to encounter. Foot worship, on the other hand, is something that I did try, and it just didn't light a spark.

The answer to your first question is easy - no, I have many other 'favorite' activities, but I always like it when the sounds are broken out. Hmmm...painful play with sounds - I think I am against that, lol.

I just love it when I find a Mistress that loves to play with sounds, and knows what she is doing with them. Apparently, my urethra is fairly stretchable, and can build up to accommodating fairly larger sizes. As I lay back, taking the sounds, I am in ecstasy!!
