Does it make you lazy? Not up to par to get things down? Hesitate in sessions?
I know at times, the summer can put the gears shifting with Me to slow. Not all the time, usually in the mornings. LOL The heat, the sun, all the more reasons for Me not to go outside. The only great thing about it is alot of dirty foot sessions and sweaty sessions. I am good to go with those!
It's a hassle lugging equipment around in the heat with the sun burning down on Me. I don't drive, I walk everywhere.
I sometimes don't get to My emails as quickly during the summer. I get to them later in the day, but I am one that likes to get them through earlier so I can enjoy more things.
Hell, I have been having issues getting the energy just to do laundry! LOL

Dear Switch Lydia,
With all due respect ...
Most of the time, the weather along the OC coast is pleasantly comfortable and consistent nearly every single day of the year. So, I don't feel lethargic or dehydrated very often. When I'm at my home, I often leave my windows open to capture the cool breezes from the water.
Aaahhhh ... that feels nice! When I'm at work, we use the air-conditioning system to provide a proper level of personal comfort for everyone - especially for the patients.
Aaahhh ... that feels good! So far, no one has sustained a heatstroke in my office ... or wilted away from excessive heat.
Meanwhile, after reading your comments:
Oh, my ... I can't imagine lugging equipment around a city when you're dealing with insanely hot weather. Do you carry water with you?
I'm originally from the East Coast and still remember the warmer weather on the East Coast in the summer time - especially the escalating levels of humidity. On those days, I always wanted to drink gallons of chilled water or go swimming in a refreshing pool. Everyone around me seemed to slow down ... and so did everyone's activities ... that's for sure!
Until later, take care, and hope you stay cool! :-)
Cheers and Very Respectfully,
